Buckeye Link Ohio State’s Online Academic Center

Ohio residents who are required to register with the U.S. Selective Service and have not done so are charged non-resident tuition and fees. It is a student's responsibility to provide his Selective Service registration number to the university either on the admission application or through the Online Residency Reclassification Form.

To access the form:

1. Sign into the Student Center or Applicant Center via buckeyelink.osu.edu.
2. Under Personal Information select Residency in the pull-down menu and click on the arrow.
